Influence Baby Boomers by asking them to share their ‘story', and listen to their advice.

Influence Generation X by understanding their ‘tough story' and offer them affirmation on their journey.

Don't get frustrated. When you face challenges, ask yourself a simple question: ‘What is the most useful strategy to move me forward from here?'
